Taking a Presentation Snapshot

To take a new Snapshot first navigate to the Dashboards screen (shown below).

Next hover over the Data Visual widget containing the report you would like to take a Snapshot of, then click the Expand button at the top right of the widget as shown below.

Next apply any Filters you require (if any) to the report and click the Snapshot button at the top right of the expanded widget (as shown below).

You will then be presented with the option of adding the Snapshot to an existing Presentation (if one already exists), or to create a new Presentation for the Snapshot to be added to.

Adding the Snapshot to an Existing Presentation

Simply select the desired Presentation you would like the Snapshot to be added to (if one already exists) from the Presentation drop-down on the Existing Presentation section and click the check icon button as shown below.

Regardless of whether an existing Presentation, or a new one was specified in the step above, the Snapshot Details popup will be displayed next, with the actual snapshot image displayed at the right of the popup as shown below.

Next enter values in the Name, Title and optional Subtitle fields in the Details section of the popup, before clicking the check icon button as shown below.

Snapshot Comments

Adding a New Comment

The Comments section of the poup will be automatically displayed next, enabling you to enter additional informative commentary for the Snapshot. To enter a new comment click the Add fab button at the bottom right of the Comments section as shown below.

Enter the desired commentary text in the comment card, and click the Save button (as shown).

Any additonal comments you add will appear in the Comments section in the order they are entered, as shown below.

Updating a Comment

To update a Comment, simply click on the specified comment card to place it in ‘Edit’ mode.

Next enter the desired changes and click the Save button.

Deleting a Comment

To delete a Comment, again click on the specified comment card to place it in ‘Edit’ mode, then click the Delete button (as shown).

Viewing Presentation Snapshots

In order to view (and update if required) Snapshots taken via the process outlined above, navigate to the Presentations screen and select the Presentation the Snapshot was added to. This process is outlined in the section below.
