Viewing and Updating a Presentation Snapshot
From the Presentations screen select the Presentation the Snapshot belongs to as shown below.
Then select the Snapshot tile from the Snapshots section by clicking on it. The Snapshot tile will go into ‘Edit’ mode, indicated by the arrow icon buttons and Edit button appearing as shown below.
Click the Edit button to display the Snapshot Details popup as shown below.
If changes are required, modify the Name, Title or Subtitle fields then select the Save button at the bottom of the Details section of the popup.
Snapshot Comments
Adding a New Comment
Select the Comments button on the left section of the Snapshot Details popup. To enter a new comment click the Add fab button at the bottom right of the section as shown below.
Enter the desired commentary text in the comment card, and click the Save button (as shown).
Any additonal comments you add will appear in the Comments section in the order they are entered, as shown below.
Updating a Comment
To update a Comment, simply click on the specified comment card to place it in ‘Edit’ mode.
Next enter the desired changes and click the Save button.
Deleting a Comment
To delete a Comment, again click on the specified comment card to place it in ‘Edit’ mode, then click the Delete button (as shown).
